Delivery Information
All orders are shipped to your door using an economy service. Please note that these rates do not include overnight or speed services. If you require overnight delivery in eligible areas, please consult with a consultant for a quote.
Shipping Details
Shipping Charges: All delivery costs are included at checkout for deliveries within South Africa. There are no additional customs or VAT fees.
Delivery Address: Orders will be delivered by a specified courier to the address provided during the order process.
Delivery Time: Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the type of product ordered. Branded or customized items may take longer to produce and deliver. Once your order is placed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery period in which you can expect your goods. We strive to deliver within this estimated period, but order size, quantity, and delivery distance may cause delays. You will be notified of any anticipated delays.
Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Identity Works is not liable for any costs or damages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by clients.
Risk and Ownership: Risk transfers to you once the order is collected by the courier or you. Ownership remains with Identity Works until full payment, including any additional charges, is received.
Insurance: Identity Works insures orders up to R1000.00 as a courtesy. You can request additional insurance at your own cost.
